SECTION .0700 ‑ ADMINISTRATIVE HEARING PROCEDURES

21 ncac 61 .0701             APPLICABLE HEARING RULES

When the Board elects to have the Office of Administrative Hearings hear a contested case, the rules of the Office of Administrative Hearings governing contested cases, as set forth in 26 NCAC 03, shall apply.
